Yes, 100% refundable until your car is secured2. Your concierge fee is fully refundable until we've successfully secured your vehicle with the dealer.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. Our AED 15,000 fee covers all our coordination services. The other costs are: vehicle (paid to dealer), shipping (paid to logistics), customs (paid to clearance agent), UAE registration & insurance (paid to authorities/insurers), and optional warranty (paid to provider). All costs are clearly disclosed upfront.

Do you mark up the vehicle or shipping costs?

No. You pay vehicle and shipping costs directly to providers at their standard rates. We don't add any percentage or markup.

What payment methods do you accept?

For our concierge fee, we accept bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and other electronic payment methods. Details provided during checkout.
